The laboratory DC electrocoating power supply is a dedicated low capacity DC power supply which is specially designed and manufactured for coating production lines to coat lab electrocoating film and test electrocoating process parameters. To ensure that the attained parameters from the sampled electrocoating film can be reliably applied into the electrocoating production line, the laboratory DC electrocoating power supply maintains the electrical priciple characteristics of our high cacacity DC power supply manufactured for the production line in electrical structure and all their characteristic parameters are completely the same with each other. The operations of laboratory DC electrocoating power supply are more resilient to laboratory application conditions and also we can set real-time printing function of many parameters (including voltage, current, coulomb value, etc) in compliance with cstomers’s demands which offers reliable process data for production lines thus to better control process and product quality, reduce waste & inferior products and increase production efficiency.
